What if I cannot attend and have to cancel, what is the PBPWF Cancellation Policy?
A refund will be issued less a $25 handling fee on any PBPWF cancellations received in writing (laura@floridabicycle.org) prior to August 1, 2007. Unless we are sold out and we can sell your spot, there will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 10, 2007.
Is there a registration deadline?
The meetings are set up to accommodate approximately 250 people at any one time.
Register early to make sure you have a spot!
Everyone, including speakers, must register for the conference.
Will there be registration on site?

Why does the registration form show 8/18 as the last date for mailing a registration?
We used that date to make sure we receive all of the registrations in time to print the attendee list in the program and to order the food. If you want to register after that date or on site, just let us know and we'll make arrangements on a case by case basis! We don't want you to miss the conference, we just need a cut off at some point for printing purposes!
What if I missed the CALL FOR PAPERS deadline, can I still be included in a session?
Most likely! We're always shuffling sessions, adding and modifying. Send us your call for paper and we'll see what we can do to include your topic!
What if my company or agency wants to have a booth/display at the conference. What should I do?
